pesto marinara with zoodles

Ingredients

1 small zucchini, spiralised ⁣
2 tbs pesto (see recipe)⁣
200g mixed seafood⁣
pinch of salt⁣
squeeze lemon juice⁣
handful leafy greens 

Method

  1. ⁣Cook seafood in a frypan with a little bit of oil.
  2. Add pesto and zucchini noodles.
  3. When it’s all cooked, stir through greens, salt and lemon juice. ⁣
