Nut-free Pesto


A bunch of fresh basil (about a cup and a half)⁣
Juice of half a lemon⁣
Half a cup of olive oil⁣
Pinch of salt⁣
3 cloves garlic 


  1. Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor and you’re done! ⁣

The pesto will keep in the fridge for 7-10 days. The garlic can be a bit spicy on the first day but after some time in the fridge it will marinate together into deliciousness.
