Handful of spinach
½ Mango
¼ C pineapple
½ Banana
4-5 mint leaves
½ C coconut milk
Honey to sweeten if desired
Optional: 1 scoop of vanilla or unflavoured collagen or protein powder

Eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables is vital to support all bodily systems and processes, including the immune system, digestion system, reproductive system, cardiovascular system, and detoxification pathways and convert food into energy.
Smoothies are a great way to increase the quantity and range of fruits and vegetables consumed as there are so many combinations and ways to hide it! This smoothie is full of summer fruits and spinach to tick off another serve of vegetables. If there’s anything you don’t like in the recipe, feel free to replace it with something else.
