Apple Crumble Bliss Balls

These nut free, AIP friendly bliss balls are the perfect treat!


6 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup stewed apples
1/4 cup  desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling

Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  1. ⁣Soak dates in boiling water to soften
  2. Blend all ingredients together
  3. Roll into 1 teaspoon balls and coat in coconut
